I finished my lunch and by 1500hrs the pump was installed and working perfectly; a great improvement on the one it replaced. So once again Plumb-Warehouse you have a business that is second to none and in all my dealings with you I have never found another company so mindful of its customers needs.

    • First order placed online at 3.15pm Wednesday, received 10.00am following morning. Second order not placed until the Wed evening so obviously too late for same day dispatch, but was received Friday, so effectively next day again.
      Considering that you were the best price that I found on the internet and also delivery was included in the price I consider this to be an excellent service. People are quick to moan about poor service, but good service should also be mentioned.

    • Hello, I wanted to email you to thank you for sending the pump quickly. It arrived on Saturday, which was brilliant. I have now installed it (I had to make some piping adjustments as I had a salamander RHP75 pump before). This pump feels a better and more robust construction (no plastic leaking impeller parts!). Everything works and we are all happy because normal hot water pressure has been resumed in our house. Thank you again for a fantastic service
