First order placed online at 3.15pm Wednesday, received 10.00am following morning. Second order not placed until the Wed evening so obviously too late for same day dispatch, but was received Friday, so effectively next day again. Considering that you were the best price that I found on the internet and also delivery was included in the price I consider this to be an excellent service. People are quick to moan about poor service, but good service should also be mentioned. Many Thanks Ron
