What if I do not receive my goods?
Please allow 3 working days If you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please contact delivery@plumb-warehouse.co.uk with your order number to hand. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from our shop. We will strive to resolve the issue immediately.
Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account.

Returns Policy :
Returns MUST be made within 7 days of delivery and must be sent to our returns centre and have a return number – please contact us for this information (items returned without a valid return number will be refused)
We also guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 7 days. If you receive a defective product or wish to return an item, please email us at returns@plumb-warehouse.co.uk to arrange an exchange or refund we will also advise of the return address. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the original item back from you in perfect condition, intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us for details of the return address. We are unable to refund nor exchange special order or spare parts. Free delivery does not apply if you decide to return the item therefore the carriage cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded usually £15.99
All items must be checked at time of delivery to ensure that they are not faulty. If they appear faulty then we must be informed within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
All products must be inspected and signed for by the customer or agent on delivery. Please do not install your product if it's damaged or incomplete, as once it's installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.

We guarantee that we will not pass your details to any other company without your permission. Any personal data will not be transferred out of the EEA.
All information received from you will be kept completely confidential and will not be disclosed to any other party.
The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cookies:
Cookies are used so that the shopping basket has a way of telling what items they require. The shopping basket will not function if the user sets their browser to reject cookies.
Within the secure ordering form, a user can opt to have the personal details to be 'remembered' to speed up future purchasing. This involves the placement of a further cookie on the users machine. To update these details during any further purchases the user must simply change the information as appropriate within the secure order form and check the update details box. The cookie previously placed on their machine will then be updated.
We do not include any personal information in the cookies.
