We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for unwanted goods or 30 days for faulty/damaged goods.

Please ensure that the goods returned are intact, unused and in the original packaging.
We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in good condition, on rare occasions your order may be damaged during in transit.
Please ensure you inspect the items when receiving your order and if there is any sign of any damage to the packaging or items, please sign the carrier document as damaged.
Please contact our customer service team and inform us of any damages to any items within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Once the damage has been confirmed we will arrange collection and replacement of the damaged item.
