Passing the mantle to one of BWT's fully trained engineers, frees up the installers time to focus on other aspects of the installation, whilst the consumer knows that not only will their water softener be set up to suit their specific requirements, including the local water conditions, but the home visit will also give them the chance to answer questions not just about their new purchase, but also about water softeners in general.

Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery, for unwanted goods and 30 days for faulty/damaged goods.

All goods must be returned to us intact, unused and in the original packaging. Should you wish for us to arrange collection of the goods the return carriage charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
