UK Mainland Delivery

Many of our items have free delivery and where next day delivery is shown we will endeavour to achieve this, as long as the order is placed before 2pm, is within the UK mainland and subject to stock availability 

We will email you an estimated delivery date on receipt of your order and on the day of delivery endeavour to send you the carrier’s details.

Unfortunately we currently do not normally deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom. You can arrange for a courier to collect from our premises. Please contact us if you'd like to buy one of our products from outside the UK.

Medium and large items incur a delivery charge. If more than one item is ordered only the highest of the delivery charges will be applied. This will be displayed in the basket during checkout. Medium items are £17 and large items are £30 including VAT. The largest products - for example wall panels or worktops - incur a charge of £59.99 per order.

Our dispatch team may contact you to arrange delivery for all medium and large items on a day to suit you (Monday to Friday) please provide a valid contact telephone number for delivery when ordering as this may delay your delivery.

If there is no answer on the number provided our dispatch team will arrange a date  for delivery and leave you a voicemail if possible, we will send you an email and a text confirming the delivery date as well 

This is an all day delivery as we are unable to advise a time as most items are delivered on our own vehicle

If for any reason you are unavailable on the date arranged please inform us as soon as possible as you will incur a re-delivery fee if we attempt delivery 

Re-delivery charges are as follows; 

Large deliveries £33 

Pallet deliveries £59.99

Pallet, large and medium items will require someone to be present to receive and sign for deliveries.  On the day of the delivery, the driver will give you a call an hour in advance to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. 

We are only able to deliver to the main entrance of a property and our drivers will require assistance unloading larger items.

On delivery of medium and large items please double check every item against the delivery note before signing for the delivery to ensure you have received every item on your order.

Please note only next day delivery applies on orders placed before 2pm Mon - Thurs and orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be dispatched for delivery on Monday on selected items. 

Delivery Restrictions 

Please note for medium and large items we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes using our own vehicles; HS, IV12 - 63, PH6, 8 - 11, 15 - 50, PA20 -78, KA19, 26, 27, G63, 83, 84, FK8, 17 - 21, AB33 - 38, 43, 45, 51-56, KW, ZE, ML12, DG5 - 9, 13,1, TD9-15, DL8, 11-13, LD, SY5-25, LL21, 23-25, 36-53, SA33-73, JE, GY, IM, BT

There may be other postcodes that certain suppliers are unable to deliver to. In these cases, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. If we can't find a suitable alternative will we refund your payment.

If required we can provide a quotation for goods to be delivered using one of our 3rd party couriers - please email a list of products and your address details to sales@plumb-warehouse.co.uk. 

 

Returns

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for unwanted goods or 30 days for faulty/damaged goods.

Please either email us at sales@plumb-warehouse.co.uk or click on the link below for a returns form.

Please ensure that the goods returned are intact, unused and in the original packaging.

For all medium and large items the original delivery fee is non refundable and collection fees may apply 

For some items - mostly large items or items made to order - there may be a restocking fee for unwanted goods. We reserve the right to pass on any restocking fee we are charged by our supplier (but we do not charge anything ourselves).

Damaged Goods

We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in good condition, on rare occasions your order may be damaged during transit.

Please ensure you inspect the items when receiving your order and if there is any sign of any damage to the packaging or items, please sign the carrier document as damaged.

Please contact our customer service team and inform us of any damages to any items within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Once the damage has been confirmed we will arrange collection and replacement of the damaged item.
