The delivery charge for the largest products - eg wall panels and worktops and some heavy ceramic items and shower trays - is £59.99. Please note we are not making a profit from this - we are using delivery services that have a track record of not breaking items and passing on the cost that we are charged.
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for unwanted goods or 30 days for faulty goods.
Please inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery. Damaged items MUST be reported immediately - or at least within 3 days. Delays reporting damage make resolving the issue much more difficult.
