How do I return an item?

Hopefully you will not need to return an item, however if you do, we try to make this as simple as possible. Returns for unwanted goods may be made within 14 days of delivery. If you ordered through your account, you can use the returns facility within your account login. If you purchased your order without forming an account please either contact us at returns@plumb-warehouse.co.uk or use the returns form available from any product page.

Please ensure that the goods are returned are intact, unused and in the original packaging.

We recommend that when returning goods to ourselves a service which ensures the goods are signed for is used.

Should you wish for us to arrange collection of an item, we will deduct the cost of the return from the refund amount.
