Warranty

There is a 25 year guarantee against manufacturing defects for all towel rail bodies. Proof of purchase is required for a replacement unit. The guarantee does not extend to fitting costs & delivery charges. Electric elements have a 1 year guarantee. All valves have a 5 year guarantee.

Materials of Construction

All towel rails are constructed from 100% stainless steel including the brackets. There are no chemical plating processes in the manufacture of stainless steel. Because of the lack of plating stainless steel rails will not rust, flake or corrode and small marks can be polished out, making this a durable choice. It is made from over 90% recycled materials and is 100% recyclable itself. The Sussex Range of towel rails are polished to a high finish and will last a lifetime. They are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel with 316 welds and with no known health risks and totally hygienic you are making the ethical and durable choice

Many of our items have free delivery and where next day delivery is shown we will endeavor to achieve this, as long as the order is placed before 1pm, is within the UK mainland and subject to stock availability 

We will email you an estimated delivery date on receipt of your order and on the day of delivery endeavour to send you the carrier’s details.

Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom, but you can arrange for a courier to collect from our premises.

Medium and large items incur a delivery charge. If more than one medium or large items are ordered only one delivery charge will be applied. This will be displayed in the basket during checkout. Medium items are £17 and large items are £30 including VAT. The delivery charge for the largest products - eg wall panels and worktops - is £59.99.

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for unwanted goods or 30 days for faulty/damaged goods.
