Many of our items have free delivery and where next-day delivery is shown we will endeavour to achieve this, as long as the order is placed before 1pm, is within the UK mainland and subject to stock availability.

We will email you an estimated delivery date either on receipt of your order or once it is processed. Where tracking information is available we will send that too once the order is dispatched.

Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom, but you can arrange for a courier to collect from our premises.

Medium and large items incur a delivery charge. If more than one medium or large items are ordered only one delivery charge will be applied. This will be displayed in the basket during checkout. Medium items are £27.30 and large items are £49.99 (including VAT). The delivery charge for the largest products - eg wall panels and worktops and some heavy ceramic items and shower trays - is £59.99. Please note we are not making a profit from this - we are using delivery services that have a track record of not breaking items and passing on the cost that we are charged.

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for unwanted goods or 30 days for faulty goods. 

Please inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery. Damaged items MUST be reported immediately - or at least within 3 days. Delays reporting damage make resolving the issue much more difficult.

Please ensure that the goods returned are intact, unused and in the original packaging. Please be aware that some of our suppliers will ask for a restocking fee to accept returns. (Plumb-Warehouse will not charge a restocking fee - we will only pass on the supplier's fee).
