About Paini
Mario Paini & his brother started making taps in a workshop north of Milan over 50 years ago. Today, the company is still family owned & run but has become Italy's largest manufacturer of taps & mixers, producing over four million units a year.
Paini taps are produced to the most exacting quality standards under ISO9002 & sell on five continents. This UK collection brings together contemporary Italian designs with more traditional styles in a comprehensive range to compliment any new kitchen.
Guarantee
All Paini taps are guaranteed against faults in materials or workmanship for two years. Working parts are guaranteed for two years and are available to buy as spare parts by mail order, as are replacement water filter cartridges. Surface finishes are guaranteed for twelve months subject to care instructions being followed.
Many of our items have free delivery and where next-day delivery is shown we will endeavour to achieve this, as long as the order is placed before 1pm (11am for Towel Rails), is within the UK mainland and subject to stock availability.
We will email you an estimated delivery date either on receipt of your order or once it is processed. Where tracking information is available we will send that too once the order is dispatched.
We are often able to deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom - please contact us if this is required for us to check and provide a quote. Alternatively, you can arrange for a courier to collect from our premises.
Medium and large items incur a delivery charge. If more than one medium or large items are ordered only one delivery charge will be applied. This will be displayed in the basket during checkout. Medium items are £27.30 and large items are £49.99 (including VAT). The delivery charge for the largest products - eg wall panels and worktops and some heavy ceramic items and shower trays - is £59.99. Please note we are not making a profit from this - we are using delivery services that have a track record of not breaking items and passing on the cost that we are charged.
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for unwanted goods or 30 days for faulty goods.
Please inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery. Damaged items MUST be reported immediately - or at least within 3 days. Delays reporting damage make resolving the issue much more difficult.
Please either email us at [email protected] to let us know that you would like to make a return and why.
Please ensure that the goods returned are intact, unused and in the original undamaged packaging. Please be aware that some of our suppliers will ask for a restocking fee to accept returns. (Plumb-Warehouse will not charge a restocking fee - we will only pass on the supplier's fee).
