Warranty Information

Many of our products will come with a manufacturer’s warranty, for details of the applicable terms and conditions please refer to the manufacturers guarantee. Links to many of the manufacturers websites can be found on the technical page.

Products which have been installed are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and some may require you to register the product for the product to be covered under their warranty.

Should a product develop a fault please contact the manufacturer with the details of the fault and they may require one of their engineers to inspect the installation. If you uninstall the product this may invalidate the warranty.
