The WS 455 is part of a compact range of modern water softeners that have been designed and developed for UK homes and plumbing systems. Beautifully made, efficient and fully automatic each model is easy to install and live with. Modern electronics not only make your new softener efficient and frugal when it comes to regeneration but also ensure you always have an uninterrupted supply of Luxury Water. Using a rotary valve with fewer moving parts than some other systems helps make the WS Series exceptionally reliable whilst an outstanding @Home warranty offers you perfect peace of mind.
Each model is supplied with a bespoke installation kit as standard.
BWT WATERSIDE "Warranty @ Home" requires you to register your purchase within 100 days of purchase to qualify for this extended warranty offer.
Free 'at home' commissioning:
Free 'at home' commissioning is available on our range of BWT water softeners and brings a wealth of benefits to our customers. Passing the mantle to one of BWT's fully trained engineers frees up the installer's time to focus on other aspects of the installation, whilst the consumer knows that not only will their water softener be set up to suit their specific requirements, including the local water conditions, but the home visit will also give them the chance to answer questions not just about their new purchase, but also about water softeners in general.

Many of our items have free delivery and where next-day delivery is shown we will endeavour to achieve this, as long as the order is placed before 1pm (11am for Towel Rails), is within the UK mainland and subject to stock availability.
We will email you an estimated delivery date either on receipt of your order or once it is processed. Where tracking information is available we will send that too once the order is dispatched.
We are often able to deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom - please contact us if this is required for us to check and provide a quote. Alternatively, you can arrange for a courier to collect from our premises.
Medium and large items incur a delivery charge. If more than one medium or large items are ordered only one delivery charge will be applied. This will be displayed in the basket during checkout. Medium items are £27.30 and large items are £49.99 (including VAT). The delivery charge for the largest products - eg wall panels and worktops and some heavy ceramic items and shower trays - is £59.99. Please note we are not making a profit from this - we are using delivery services that have a track record of not breaking items and passing on the cost that we are charged.
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for unwanted goods or 30 days for faulty goods.
Please inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery. Damaged items MUST be reported immediately - or at least within 3 days. Delays reporting damage make resolving the issue much more difficult.

Please ensure that the goods returned are intact, unused and in the original undamaged packaging. Please be aware that some of our suppliers will ask for a restocking fee to accept returns. (Plumb-Warehouse will not charge a restocking fee - we will only pass on the supplier's fee).
