At Plumb-Warehouse we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. As many online retailers try to cut back on the service element of what they do, we are making a name for ourselves by doing the opposite.

In today’s digital age, the way we shop for products has significantly changed. The emergence of online shopping has provided us with convenience and accessibility like never before. And online purchases are often lower cost and deliveries can be much faster. However, with some companies, this comes at the cost of their customer service.

At Plumb-Warehouse we have addressed this by making time for customers who want to speak to us. We answer the phone! There are no menu options to work through. No annoying music while you are on hold. No annoying and insincere message about how important your call is. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always happy to help. If we don’t know the answer to a question, we’ll find out and phone you back!

And when things go wrong, which sadly they sometimes do, we are proactive in letting the customer know and working on a solution.

• I must say that Plumb-Warehouse has been brilliant since I first made contact. I was looking for a specific bathroom cupboard unit and had found one, at a more affordable price, on their website.
  There was a fault with the cabinet and Plumb-Warehouse arranged delivery of a replacement straight away.
  Unfortunately there was a supplier delivery error and, once again Plumb-Warehouse sorted all this out for us.
  The replacement cabinet has now arrived and all is well.

• Excellent online store with amazing customer service.
  They were able to match prices from other stores, and when it turned out their supplier would not be able to meet the deadline of my flight, they helped me buy a different tap, that was in stock, after yet another price match.
  They were always attentive, quick to respond, and proactively reached out regarding the delivery time issue.
• We ordered a kitchen chrome tap, but unfortuantely a black one was sent in error. Sharmi from Sales responded to my email very quickly and sent a returns label for me to post back. We received the correct tap within a couple of days, and the speedy service was excellent.
• We have been renovating our home for more than seven years, and I can honestly say that we have never received more attentive and courteous service than that from Rupert at Plumb Warehouse. He helped us to track down very specific basins, wastes and shower components, persistently checking on progress during what became an extended manufacturing process. His advice about all things plumbing went well above and beyond the call of duty. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Plumb Warehouse again or to recommend it to others.
